Color Commentator/ Game Analyst 

AFC South Bay is an UPSL men’s semi-professional soccer team in San Jose.  

 

Essential Duties:
  • Strong knowledge of soccer, including rules and positions;  
  • Ability to multitask in a stressful environment
  • Able to adapt, be spontaneous, and react quickly as appropriate.
  • Partner with team members to problem solve in rapidly changing situations

Requirements:
  • Spanish speaking is a plus
  • Strong vocal talent with the ability to enhance the AFC SB fan experience
  • Attend one team training session the week of each home game  
  • Must be available for all home games, season is from April 10th to the last week of June
  • Must be comfortable to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
  • Keep a professional demeanor with the ability to interact with fans, staff members, players, coaches and front office

Work Environment:
  • Work outside in all weather conditions
  • Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly for several hours during a game
